Em Mittertreiner (they/them)

Em Mittertreiner is a second-year student in the Clinical Psychology graduate program. They completed their B.A. at the University of British Columbia, where their undergraduate honours research focused on the intersection of gender diversity and autism. At UNB, Em’s current research focuses on eating disorders among gender-diverse people, and specifically the concept of gender euphoria. Their doctoral studies are funded by a Vanier Canada Graduate Scholarship (SSHRC).
